Terms of Service

Welcome to CardDeckr. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

CardDeckr offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions (CardDeckr Pro) are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.

3. Marketplace Rules

The CardDeckr Marketplace connects buyers and sellers. By using the marketplace, you agree to:

• List only items you own and can legally sell.
• Provide accurate descriptions and images of listed items.
• Ship items within the stated timeframe after a sale.
• Not engage in price manipulation, shill bidding, or fraud.
• Accept the applicable marketplace fees for your subscription tier.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the platform's operation.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Intellectual Property

CardDeckr and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CardDeckr and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Trading card images and names are the property of their respective rights holders.

6. Limitation of Liability

CardDeckr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

7. Dispute Resolution

Marketplace disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved directly between the parties. CardDeckr may mediate at its discretion but is not obligated to resolve disputes.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.
